Also, I decided not to worry about the book and I use gesso and acrylic paint very liberally - often painting over nasty ugliness and starting over. Of course our art is very different and acrylic might not be the look you want but I bet the watercolor pencils would make you happy.PatriciaGhttp://reclinerart.posterous.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1019937425584063776.post-33108583697363035412010-02-14T16:37:57.210+01:002010-02-14T16:37:57.210+01:00Wonderful sketch, and I agree with Dan, too bad it...Wonderful sketch, and I agree with Dan, too bad it doesn't take watercolor because this one is begging for it!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00231453420718519162noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1019937425584063776.post-46471902488693179242010-01-27T16:31:59.452+01:002010-01-27T16:31:59.452+01:00Have fun filling in your new book :)Have fun filling in your new book :)Live, Love, Laugh, Write!https://www.blogger.com/profile/07004471744200892329noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1019937425584063776.post-8068563963780492982010-01-27T15:40:03.495+01:002010-01-27T15:40:03.495+01:00Wow your sketches and paintings are beautiful. I am learning to like the pencils more and more, but I find the process so slow! The watercolour books are really nice... go on, treat yourself!!<br />Great drawing to start your book with and keep you inspired.. :o)Lesley Purcellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07058895958646533969noreply@blogger.com
